Emory J. Infinger & Associates Construction Co. hired Marion Davis Jr. as project manager and Dan Lail as quality control representative.

Mary Dickson joined Zande-Jon Guerry Taylor P.E. Inc., a planning, engineering and environmental consulting firm located in Mount Pleasant, as a professional engineer. She was formerly an operations officer at Public Works, Naval Weapons Station.

ARCADIS hired Gary Freeman as principal engineer in the water resources group in its Charleston office. Freeman, previously a project manager for a local Charleston engineering company, has successfully managed projects that have included installation of equalization basins, vortex grit collection systems, ultra-violet disinfection systems and water and sewer system upgrades for municipal clients.

S&ME Inc. has hired seven new professionals: Barry Lester, senior environmental engineer; Monica Beck, senior archaeologist and principal investigator; Meredith Eichelberger, geotechnical professional; Michael Jordan, environmental project manager; Terri Sherrill, industrial hygiene professional; Patrick Morgan, archeologist; and Logan Seamon, archaeologist.

Asset Integration Consultants announced that Kirsten Artman joined the firm as client services manager. Artman will be responsible for all aspects of service and support for both new and existing clients of the firm.

Vickie Hanel joined Harbor National Bank as a vice president and branch manager/sales manager of its 134 Meeting St. location.

John A. Reagan IV joined South Carolina Bank and Trust’s Charleston office as assistant vice president. He will focus on commercial and private banking

Community FirstBank promoted Taylor Clarkson to senior vice president. He retains the title of city executive for Summerville and is responsible for coordinating the bank’s commercial and retail development efforts in Dorchester County.

Carolina First has expanded to James Island.

Matthew Dibble has been named executive chef of Social, a new wine bar and restaurant on East Bay St. in downtown Charleston.

The Mount Pleasant Recreation Department announced the addition of JarVeis Vandross as sponsorship/tournament recreation specialist. Vandross previously worked as a sales agent for InterContinental Hotels Group in North Charleston.

The Workforce Information Council named Gary Crossley of LovetoWork.org LLC as its new executive director, replacing Dixie Sommers. WIC is a cooperation between federal and state entities that plan and oversee the work force information system.
