Charleston has long enjoyed a reputation for its strong commitment to the arts. The challenge now is to build on that history and grow it into a dynamic industry. Urban Design and Restoration

Thanks to efforts currently underway on the university level, the Charleston area is already at the forefront of the rapidly growing “restoration economy” industry. Among the major projects and developments:
