Richard P. Anderson, Charles P. Blankin and Douglas M. Wells opened Anderson, Blankin, Wells, and Associates LLC, a full-service real estate firm at 786 Johnnie Dodds Blvd.in Mount Pleasant. The three principals have a combined 50 years experience in residential brokerage and new home site sales. They have also added two staff members. Brad Milner specializes in downtown, West Ashley, Mount Pleasant and James Island properties. Tracey Chisholm has 10 years experience in real estate and specializes in residential and new home site sales.

T. Liepman has joined the Mount Pleasant office of AgentOwned Realty. Liepman is a member of the cadet sponsor program at The Citadel and has volunteered extensively with schools, the military and Shades of Hope for battered women.

Anne Whalen was named broker-in-charge for the Century 21 Properties Plus Mount Pleasant office. Whalen was the company’s top producer in 2002 and has been a consistent member of the Realtor Roundtable since 2000.

Carolyn Ruckert joined Century 21 Properties Plus Inc. as a Realtor working in Summerville. She previously was an agent at Century 21 Choice Realty in Crestview, Fla. Lori Pope also joins the staff as a Realtor. She has 18 years of sales experience in the custom home building industry. Janice Welch joins Century 21 as a Realtor in Summer-ville. She formerly was with Century 21 Homes and Investments Realty Inc. in Orlando, Fla.

Toula DiGiovanni joins Clement, Crawford and Thornhill as an associate. She has more than 17 years of sales and marketing experience and is a former principal in Altair Consulting Group, an information technology company in New Jersey. In 2000, Altair was sold to VersaTech Consulting and DiGiovanni remained vice president of business development.

Rebekah Davis joins Century 21 Properties Plus Inc. as a real estate agent working in the Metro North Charleston office. Previously, Davis was an account representative for Tri-County Surgical Associates PA.

Marie Modesitt, Neil Schneider and Jerry Rice joined the Mount Pleasant office of AgentOwned Realty. Rice has 30 years experience with Rice Appraisal Group and is licensed in North and South Carolina as a Realtor and appraiser.

Dunes Properties of Charleston Inc. hired Patti McGrath as a receptionist for the sales and property management divisions in the Isle of Palms office. Previously she was an elementary education teacher.

Louis Trucillo joined Century 21 Properties Plus Inc. as a Realtor working in the Johns Island office. Previously, he worked in administration in Edison, N.J.
