Neil Whitman, president of Dunhill Staffing Systems of Charleston, has been appointed to the board of directors for the South Carolina Association of Personnel Services as member benefits coordinator. Neil will work with organizations to partner with SCAPS and
promote its services to staffing agencies across the state.
Bill Jacques, president of American Inspection Services Inc. in Ravenel, joined the board of directors of the American Society of Home Inspectors. He was installed during the 2005 ASHI Inspection World Conference in Austin.
Frank Finlaw was appointed the 2005 Charleston Trident Home Builders

Robert Dodenhoff, president of American Drug Testing, was appointed to the Legislative & Regulatory Committee of the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association, a Washington, D.C.-based trade association representing the drug and alcohol testing industry on legislative and regulatory issues.
Margo Pate, a portfolio manager with The Beach Co., was named president-elect of the Charleston Chapter of the Building, Owners & Managers Association. She will serve a two-year term.
