Savonnia Judge, a graduate of Fortune Academy of Real Estate, has joined @Home Realty in Mount Pleasant. Judge has an accounting degree from the College of Charleston and most recently worked as office manager for Centex Homes.
Michael Terry has joined the Mount Pleasant office of AgentOwned Realty.
WPC Inc. has promoted Thomas J. Casey to manager of the Geotechnical Department. Edward L. Hajduk has returned from sabbatical after receiving his doctorate in engineering from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. Hajduk will continue the planning, coordination and performance of subsurface explorations, nondestructive testing of foundations and geotechnical instrumentation. Dr. James Meng joined WPC in October 2003. Meng will focus on geotechnical services.
Nicole Streetman has joined Prudential Carolinas Coleman Boulevard office as a commercial real estate agent and member of the James Rowe commercial team. She formerly planned meetings and conventions with the Conference Table Ltd.
Exit Lowcountry Realty has added Tiffani Deweese and Irv Futeral. Futeral joins as Charleston area business manager and broker-in-charge of the Mount Pleasant North office, opening soon. He has over 20 years experience in real estate brokerage and real estate education.
Osprey Construction Co. Inc. of Johns Island is now wholly owned by C. Farris Cowart. Cowart was one of the two original founders of Osprey from its inception in 1991. He has more than 40 years experience in the home building industry.
Banks Construction Co. has promoted Shawn Tucker to transportation manager. Tucker has been with the company since October 2001 working in the paving division.
David Hunter Teague has joined Mashburn Construction Co. Inc. as field engineer.
Meredith Collins, a recent graduate of the College of Charleston, has joined Chastain Construction Inc. as administrative assistant. She will also pursue her masters of arts at The Citadel.
Alexander William Ramsay Jr. is the new property manager at Clement, Crawford & Thornhill Inc. His real estate practice is focused on the management of commercial and residential properties in the Charleston metropolitan area. Ramsay is a recent graduate of Callaway School of Business at Wake Forest University.
