Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the landlord in the lease of 1,334 square feet of space at 487 Butternut Road in Summerville to Leemaro’s Pizzeria LLC. Lauren Anderson of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.


Mark Erickson of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer represented the seller, Frank C. Parker, in the sale of 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 4261 Domino Ave., in Stark Industrial Park in North Charleston, to Base Hit LLC for $529,000.
