P. John DeStefano of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer represented the seller, Renbux II LLC, in the sale of the 45,000-square-foot, 330-unit Moncks Corner Storage Facility at 1065 S. Live Oak Drive and 623 Rembert C. Dennis Blvd. in Moncks Corner to Berkeley Ventures LLC for $1.05 million.

Chip Shealy of CBRE Inc. represented the tenant, Coastal Financial Planning Group, in the lease of office space in Jupiter Center at 78 Ashley Point Drive in Charleston. Reid Davis of Lee and Associates Charleston represented the landlord.
