Charleston-based BoomTown recently went mobile with the launch of its mobile-optimized version of its customer relationship management system.
The software firm creates software for real estate professionals. Its new CRM system enables agents to connect with potential buyers from their mobile devices. The system notifies real estate agents of updates and provides access to data from their phones.
The mobile CRM has dashboard notifications, access to daily tasks and real-time tracking of a lead’s activity. It integrates with the Opportunity Wall, which alerts agents about who to contact and when, based on the patented algorithm that tracks a lead’s search activity, according to the company.
“Real estate is tailor-made to leverage mobile ... Agents need to be ready to respond and act at all times, so these prescriptive features in our mobile CRM allow them to work smarter faster and provide better service; all from the palm of their hand.” BoomTown President and CEO Grier Allen said in a statement.
BoomTown also announced late last week an update to its predictive marketing feature that matches potential buyers to properties faster. The feature assigns a fit score to each lead that ranks users’ transaction readiness. This feature is integrated with the mobile CRM system as well.
Founded in 2006, BoomTown is a web-based software company that provides an online marketing system for real estate professionals. The system includes a real estate website with local multiple listing service data, online advertising, marketing services and a CRM system.
