Dunston Powell represented the buyer, LMB Investments LLC, in the purchase of 0.95 acres at 840 Coleman Blvd. in Mount Pleasant. The seller was represented by Joyce Beach with CBRE.


Dunston Powell represented the buyer, L. Douglas Kirkman Jr., in the purchase of 10,458 square feet on 0.56 acres at 268 Coleman Blvd. in Mount Pleasant. The seller was represented by Mark J. Marenakos with Southern Real Estate Inc.


Edward Robinson with The Beach Co. – Beach Commercial represented the seller, John Gibson Co. Inc., in the sale of a 5,000-square-feet warehouse building located at 16 Conroy St. in Charleston to the purchaser, HF Opportunity Fund LLC, for $475,000.


Carl Michael Harrison with The Beach Co. – Beach Commercial represented the landlord, The Beach Co., in the lease of 1,125 square feet of retail-office space at The Shoppes at Seaside Farms — 1971 Riviera Drive, Suite 1, in Mount Pleasant — to the tenant, The Hearing Shoppe LLC. The tenant was represented by Terrence Ansley with Landmark Enterprises Brokerage Group LLC.


Edward Robinson with The Beach Co. – Beach Commercial represented the landlord, Victoria Center of Charleston LLC, in the lease of 1,990 square feet of office space in the Victoria Center at 205 King St., Suite 310 in downtown Charleston to the tenant, Iron Horse Holdings LLC.


Jeremy Willits and Gerry Schauer of Avison Young represented the seller, Arco Lane LLC, in the sale of a 26,461-square-foot office-warehouse at 4301 Arco Lane in North Charleston to 4301 Arco Lane LLC. Thomas Boulware of NAI Avant represented the buyer.


Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, L’Wood Associates Inc., in the lease of two office-warehouse spaces at 4365 Dorchester Road in North Charleston.  Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams leased roughly 1,208 square feet and the City Corridor, an advertising firm, leased roughly 1,125 square feet.


Tradd Varner and Brent Case of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International Inc. represented the landlord, Oakbrook Plaza Shopping Center LLC, and the tenant, United We Dance, in the lease transaction of a 7,000-square-foot retail suite in Oakbrook Shopping Center.


Tradd Varner and Brent Case of Coldwell Banker Commercial International Inc. represented the landlord, Dorchester Shoppes, and the tenant, Lowcountry Clippers, in the lease of a 1,600-square-foot retail suite in Dorchester Shoppes.


Gregg Legerton of Avison Young represented the landlord, Tobias LLC, in the lease extension of a medical office space at 1483 Tobias Gadson Blvd. in Charleston to Roper Hospital Inc.


Carl Michael Harrison with The Beach Co. – Beach Commercial represented the landlord, The Pastime Amusement Co., in the lease of 1,494 square feet of retail space at 84 Society St. in Charleston to the tenant, Normandy Farms Inc.


Carl Michael Harrison with The Beach Co. – Beach Commercial represented the landlord, The Beach Co., in the lease of 1,218 square feet of retail space in The Shoppes at Seaside Farms at 1960 Riviera Drive, Suite D, in Mount Pleasant to the tenant, Ardoa Wine Bar LLC. Chip Shealy with CBRE Inc. represented the tenant.


TSO Cigar Factory LLC sold the 244,000-square-foot Cigar Factory building at 701 E. Bay St. in Charleston for $24.2 million to a joint venture between Federal Capital Partners and Roi-Tan Investments LLC. Taylor Smith and Austin Wilson of Lee & Associates’ Atlanta office, along with Amanda Reeves of Lee & Associates’ Charleston office, represented the buyer. The buyer plans to transform the five-story building into a mixed-use development that will include office, event, retail and restaurant space. Ken Grimes of Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group raised equity for the transaction.


Eddie Hughes with The Beach Co. – Beach Commercial represented the seller, FBSA 1 LLC, in the $250,000 sale of 18.09 acres of vacant land on Maxville Road in Awendaw to the purchaser, John and Cathy Mart. Clark Coker with Carolina One Real Estate represented the buyer.
