Todd P. Garrett of Avison Young represented Wilson & Lyon A Partnership in the lease extension of a 3,100-square-foot retail-office space at 1505-3B Greenleaf Road in Charleston to tenant Belgian Gelato Inc. Richard Morse of Palmetto Commercial Properties represented the tenant.


Ryan Welch of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, Damon F. Manale, in the lease of 4,160 square feet of warehouse-office space at 7244 Peppermill Parkway in North Charleston to tenant Colonial Fuel & Lubricant Services LLC. Mike Szemly with Carr Properties represented the tenant


Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the seller, Bacon’s Bridge Associates LLC, in the $1.33 million sale of 850 Bacons Bridge Road in Summerville to buyer 850 Bacon’s Bridge Road LLC, which was represented by Trey Lucy of Belk-Lucy.


Thomas G. Buist Jr. of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, Bunch Transport Inc., in the lease of a 14,500-square-foot office-warehouse building on 4.5 acres at 3325 Hill Park Drive in North Charleston to tenant Safway Group Holding LLC.


Dan Batten represented the seller, Twenty First Properties Inc., in the sale of about 119,452 square feet on 10 acres at 2453 King St. Extension in North Charleston. The buyer was represented by Caldwell Commercial.


Dunston Powell of Carolina Commercial LLC represented the seller, Moneyline Properties LLC, in the sale of 3.48 acres of retail land on Highway 17-A in Summerville. The buyer was represented by Brent Case with Caldwell Banker Commercial.
