Tradd Varner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International Inc. represented the landlord, Wilson Real Properties, and the tenant, Indigo East Gallery, in the lease execution of a 600-square-foot retail suite at 10125 Dorchester Road.


Tradd Varner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International Inc. represented the tenant, Ameriprise – York and Associates, in the lease of a 1,385-square-foot office at 130-1D River Landing Road. The landlord, Brooke Brooke LLC, was represented by Mark Erickson of Thalhimer.


Elyse Chubb of Colliers International represented the landlord, US Retail Income Fund, in the lease of a 3,200-square-foot retail space at 1909 Highway 17 North to tenant Clemson Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Inc. Tradd Varner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International Inc. represented the tenant.


The Ratner Agency represented the landlord, Riverside Associates LLC, in the lease of a 2,000-square-foot office-warehouse at 501-C LaMesa St. in Mount Pleasant to tenant Mosquito Squad of the Lowcountry. Todd P. Garrett of Avison Young represented the tentant.


Jack Owens of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the seller, Tidelands Bank, in the sale of 1.86 acres at 2604 and 2608 Larch Lane in Mount Pleasant to buyer Park Place at Park West LLC. Tim Rash of Century 21 Properties represented the buyer.
