BoomTown’s new application to help agents with leads

Charleston-based BoomTown recently launched an application that will help streamline lead generation for real estate agents and brokers.

BoomTown implemented an application programming interface between its customer relationship management system and Zillow’s lead generation program.

Brokers and agents can import leads directly from Zillow to BoomTown’s CRM system, giving them access to more lead management tools, BoomTown said in a news release.

“Now that BoomTown is live in Zillow Tech Connect, brokers and agents have access to a different technology to help them better their marketing and customer engagement efforts,” Zillow Chief Revenue Officer Greg Schwartz said in a statement.

This is BoomTown’s first API with another lead generation source, BoomTown CEO and President Grier Allen said in a statement.

“Managing leads in multiple systems is one of the biggest pain points our clients face today, so we’re excited to be a launch partner of Zillow Tech Connect, especially since leading up to this launch we’d already seen over 10,000 Zillow leads imported into BoomTown by over 1,000 agents,” Allen said.

Founded in 2006, BoomTown is a Web-based software company that provides an online marketing system for real estate professionals. The system includes a real estate website with local multiple listing service data, online advertising, marketing services and a CRM system.
