Leslie Fellabom with Avison Young represented the seller, Island Construction Co. Inc., in the $875,000 sale of an 11,500-square-foot office building at 808 Wappoo Road in Charleston to Wappoo Road Ventures LLC. Edward Robinson of The Beach Co. – Beach Commercial represented the buyer.

Will Sherrod of Lee & Associates Charleston represented both the seller, SBC III REO LLC, and the buyers, Daniel L. Ruegg and Diane L. Ruegg, in the sale of the retail strip center on 2408 Ashley River Road in Charleston, known as Pierpont Crossing. The center sold for $900,000.
