Michael Silverman of The Shopping Center Group represented the landlord, MCW-RC SC-Merchant’s Village LLC, in the leasing of 1,200 square feet of retail space at 520 Folly Road on James Island. Bryan Perrucci of Southeastern Management Group represented the tenant, Full Sail LLC.


Brendan Redeyoff of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, ACM Hensley IV B LLC, in the leasing of 5,920 square feet of warehouse space located at 210 Cember Way in Summerville. Bryan Perrucci of Southeastern Management Group represented the tenant, Palmetto Automatic Sprinkler Co. Inc.


Mark Tezza of Kennerty, Ratner, & Tezza represented the landlord, Riverside Associates LLC, in the lease renewal of 2,000 square feet of warehouse space at 488 LaMesa St. in Mount Pleasant. Bryan Perrucci of Southeastern Management Group represented the tenant, Lowcountry Hurricane Protection Inc.


Ryan Welch of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, Northwoods Center Business Park LLC, in the lease of a 1,497-square-foot office suite at 2154 N. Center St., Suite D-407, in North Charleston to Low Voltage Professionals.


Ryan Welch of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, L’Wood Associates Inc., in the lease of 920 square feet of warehouse-office space at 4365 Dorchester Road in North Charleston to AAAngelica’s Bail Bonds.


Todd P. Garrett of Avison Young represented the landlord, Northwoods Properties LLC, in the leasing of a 2,933-square-foot office-warehouse located at 1930 Hanahan Road in North Charleston to Cape Romain Services Inc.


Jonathan Chalfie, Lee & Associates Charleston, represented the seller, GDDW LLC, in the sale of 25,115 square feet at 411 Wando Park Blvd. in Mount Pleasant to BDLS Real Estate Holding LLC. Jason Smallwood of CBRE Carmody represented the buyer.


Michael G. White represented the landlord, Charleston Industrial, in the lease of 2,755 square feet of commercial space located on 225 Seven Farms Drive on Daniel Island to the tenant, Hudson Automotive Group.


Carolina Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord in the leasing of office space at 26 Bee St. in Charleston. Gerry Schauer of Avison Young represented the tenant, University Medical Associates.


Holder Properties — developer, owner and manager of Faber Pointe, a 75,000-square-foot office building in North Charleston — has signed three new leases totaling about 47,000 square feet. Charlie Copelan and Jamie Lee Keller with McKinney Advisory Group represented the tenant Molina Healthcare in its leasing of the first, second, and third floors of the building. Kristie Roe of Colliers International represented the tenant PST in the lease of fourth-floor space. Simons Johnson of Colliers International represented the tenant Robert Half International in its lease of a fourth-floor office in December.


Eddie Hughes with The Beach Co. – Beach Commercial represented the buyer, SMP SC LLC, in the purchase of 1.78 acres of land located on Elms Center Road in North Charleston from a private seller for $825,000.


Eddie Hughes with The Beach Co. – Beach Commercial represented the buyer, Dale Evans, in the purchase of 28.31 acres of land located off of Rhode Drive in Cottageville from the seller, John R. Walker Inc., for a purchase price of $60,000.


Thomas G. Buist Jr. of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the seller, SC Loan Resolutions LLC, in the $595,000 sale of a 15,466-square-foot industrial building at 110 and 118 Bee St. in Ladson. The buyer was Bookconsignments.com LLC.
