Two companies lease space at Faber Pointe

Faber Pointe in North Charleston is now 85% leased, with approximately 13,000 square feet of space still available.

Two companies signed leases recently to occupy space on the first through fourth floors at Faber Pointe, a 75,000-square-foot office building at 4105 Faber Place Drive.

Molina Healthcare, a health services provider for low-income individuals, will occupy the first, second and third floors of the building. Molina announced Dec. 18 plans to enter the South Carolina market with plans to open in October.

The company has hired 125 personnel for its planned 150-employee workforce in North Charleston.

Menlo Park, Calif.-based Robert Half International, a professional staffing and consulting company, will open its new office on the fourth floor in December. 

PST, a computer consulting and training company, also moved into the fourth floor in September. The tenants will join Webster University in the building.

Holder Properties develops, owns and manages Faber Pointe, which is the third office development for the company in the Executive Park at Faber Place, following Ashley Overlook and Faber Centre. Holder Properties also developed 25 Calhoun Street and 174 Meeting Street in downtown Charleston.
