Carl Michael Harrison with The Beach Co. – Beach Commercial represented the landlord, The Beach Co., in the lease of 2,501 square feet of retail space located in The Shoppes at Seaside Farms at 1960 Long Grove Drive, Suites A and B, in Mount Pleasant to the tenant, Saveurs Du Monde Cafe LLC.


E. David Grubbs of NAI Avant’s Charleston office represented the seller, Morris – St. Philip LLC in the sale of about 0.44 acres at 156 St. Philip St. in Charleston, valued at about $1.2 million. Phil Rose with Twin Rivers Capital represented the purchaser, David W. Abdo.


Todd Garrett and Ben Poblano of Avison Young represented the seller, Banks Investments LLC, in the sale of 2.34 acres at H-2 Commercial Center Drive in Ladson to Budevro LLC for $390,758.55. Marshall Burns of Carolina One represented the buyer.


Todd Garrett and Ben Poblano of Avison Young represented the landlord Palms Preferred Properties LLC in the lease extension of a 2,100-square-foot office warehouse located at 7187 Bryhawke Circle in North Charleston to Cutting Edge Cabinets LLC.


Chip Shealy of CBRE Inc. represented the landlord, Thirty Nine Broad Street LLC, in the lease of about 2,600 square feet of office showroom space at 39 Broad St. in Charleston. Christina Bucci represented the tenant, Sweetgrass.


Pete Harper of Lee & Associates – Charleston represented the landlord, GPF-885 IPD LLC, in the lease of 5,631 square feet of office space at 885 Island Park Drive, Suite 2B, to Student Transportation of America Inc. Mark Erickson of Thalhimer Charleston represented the tenant.


Markus Kastenholz of CBRE Carmody and Michael G. White of Charleston Industrial represented the seller, Seacoast Christian Community Church Inc., in the sale of 45.76 acres of vacant land on Seacoast Parkway in Mount Pleasant. Benji Cooke at Oswald Cooke & Associates represented the buyer, DR Horton.


Michael G. White of Charleston Industrial represented the landlord, Bushy Park Industrial Campus, in the lease of 80,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space at 1588 Bushy Park Road, Building C11-2, in Goose Creek to Whiting Turner Contracting Co.
