Tradd Varner, also of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International Inc., represented the tenant, Tax Back LLC.


Pete Harper of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, Acquired Capital II L.P., in the lease of 1,210 square feet of office space at the Atrium Northwoods, 7301 Rivers Ave. in North Charleston, to Brand Energy Solutions LLC. Windsor Realty Group represented the tenant.


Jeremy Willits and Gerry Schauer of Avison Young represented the landlord, Mazyck Holdings LLC, in the lease of a 1,300-square-foot office space at 80 Alexander St. in Charleston to Blue Star Consortium Inc.


Joe Keenan of Palmetto Commercial Properties Inc. represented the seller, 30-34 Broad Street LLC, and the buyer, The Charleston Market LLC, in the sale of 19 Queen St.


Will Phillips and Carlyle Blakeney of Palmetto Commercial Properties Inc. represented the landlord, the O’Quinn family, in the lease of 18,724 square feet at 955 Houston Northcutt Blvd. in Mount Pleasant to Sun Drops Montessori School.

The tenant, Woods Hearing Corp., was represented by Jim E. Davis of ReMax Alliance.
