American LaFrance moved to a 100,000-square-foot facility in Moncks Corner in August.
The landlord, Princeton, N.J.-based Chambers Street Properties real estate investment trust, acquired Jedburg Commerce Park in 2007, the same year it was built. Neither that company nor local brokers would name the tenant.
“The quality of our property and its strategic location enabled us to execute this lease with minimal downtime for the property,” Glenn Wylie, Chambers Street’s assistant vice president of portfolio management, said in a statement.
Chambers Street acquires, owns and operates more than 3.6 million square feet of warehouse, distribution and office properties.
Last month, Chambers Street acquired 1200 Woods Chapel Road, a 156,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution property near Spartanburg.
