Chip Shealy of CB Richard Ellis Carmody LLC represented the landlord, Verner Jordan, in leasing 2,400 square feet at 1854-A Wallace School Road in Charleston. Jonathan Lee of Choice Realty represented the tenant, Wanaryd.


Will Sherrod of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the seller in the sale of the former Regions Bank branch located at 1545 Savannah Highway in Charleston. The buyer was represented by Jimmy Bailey with Bailey & Associates.


Terry Ansley and Glenn Goodwin of Landmark Enterprises Brokerage Group represented Palmetto Development of Columbia Inc. in the $2.3 million sale of a property leased to Goodyear Auto Service Center at 1406 Ben Sawyer Blvd., Mount Pleasant. Leonard Way of The Beach Co. represented the buyer, Pastime Amusement Co., in the sale.


Robert H. Nuttall Jr. of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the tenant, Dew Learning LLC, in the lease of office space at 1002 Anna Knap Blvd. in Mount Pleasant. Loren Ziff of East Rock Properties LLC represented the landlord, 1002 Anna Knapp LLC.


Trey Lucy & Blair Belk of Lincoln Harris announced the recent transaction of 2,805 square feet at the Plaza at Park West in Mount Pleasant to Mt. Pleasant Karate, which should open later this spring. Lucy and Belk represented the landlord in this transaction.


Thomas G. Buist Jr. of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, Roger K. Davis, in the lease of 4,000 square feet of office/warehouse space at 2561 Oscar Johnson Drive in North Charleston to Carolina Acoustical & Drywall Inc.


Buddy Bebergal and Kit Regnery of Carolina Commercial Real Estate announced the sale of the first-floor retail condo at 270 King St. in downtown Charleston. Parallel Capital LLC purchased the property from Savannah Capital LLC for $3.25 million. The 8,500-square-foot property is currently leased by Rangoni Shoes. Bebergal and Regnery represented the buyer and the seller in this transaction.
