The College of Charleston School of Business is hosting a real estate professor from the United Kingdom this month as part of its Carter Real Estate Center Speaker Series.

Nick French is the program director of the MSc Real Estate Program at Oxford Brookes University. He will offer an international view on valuing real estate.

French is a member of the Royal Institutes of Chartered Surveyors and recently was appointed to the Professional Board of the International Valuation Standards Council. He is also a founding member of the European Real Estate Society.

The event will be held at 6 p.m. March 20 at the School of Business Beatty Center in downtown Charleston. There is no charge to attend.
