Chip Shealy of CB Richard Ellis Carmody LLC represented the tenant, Discount Book Distributors LLC, and the landlord, Verner Jordan, in the leasing of 2,400 square feet at 1852 E. Wallace School Road in Charleston.


Reid Davis and Pete Harper of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, CFG Properties LLC, in the lease of 1,420 square feet of office space at 225 Seven Farms Drive in Charleston. Davis and Harper also represented the tenant, Graybill & Lansche LLC.


Richard Morse of Palmetto Commercial Properties Inc. represented the landlord, Charleston Market LLC, and Andrew Hollowell of Thalhimer Charleston LLC represented the tenant, D’Wink Creative Jewelry and Expressional Sales LLC, in leasing 1,195 square feet of retail space at 168-C Church St. in downtown Charleston.


Bob Nuttall Jr. of Lee & Associates Charleston represented South Carolina Public Railways in the lease of 4,000 square feet of warehouse space to Southeast Biodiesel/South Carolina LLC on the former Navy Yard in North Charleston.


Lisa Safford of Summit Commercial Properties Inc. leased 1,084 square feet at 2050 Spaulding Drive in Charleston. Safford represented both the building owner and the lessee in the transaction.


Lisa Safford of Summit Commercial Properties Inc. represented both the landlord and tenant in the leasing of 11,010 square feet of space at 7350 Dorchester Road in North Charleston to Church of God Torre Fuerte.


Will Sherrod of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the seller in the sale of the former Regions Bank branch located at 1545 Savannah Highway in Charleston. The buyer was represented by Jimmy Bailey with Bailey & Associates.


Ryan Welch of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, Steven L. Smith, in the lease of a 1,080-square-foot office suite located at 7455 Cross County Road in North Charleston to Celerity LLC.
