Bart Langlois and Glenn Goodwin of Landmark Enterprises Brokerage Group Inc. represented the seller, Spec Associates, in the sale of a 18,322-square-foot office/warehouse building located at 7281 Investment Drive in North Charleston, which was 100% leased to Sabic. The buyer, Marshall Bridge Capital LLC, was represented by Drayton Calmes of Norvell Real Estate Group.

Chip Shealy of CB Richard Ellis Carmody LLC represented the tenant, The Society of the Gavel, in the leasing of 1,500 square feet at 511 King St. in Charleston. Richard Morse of Palmetto Commercial Properties represented the landlord.
