Peter Fennelly, Mark Mattison and Kristie S. Roe of Colliers International represented the landlord in the transaction.
John Orr and Kristie S. Roe of Colliers International represented the landlord in the leasing of 3,509 square feet to Shrimp and Grits Kids at Central Square in Mount Pleasant. Geoff Groat with Roadstead Real Estate Advisors represented the tenant.
David Grubbs, managing principal of NAI Avant’s Charleston office, along with senior broker Thomas Otis represented Nason Medical Center in the purchase of 2030 Wambaw Creek in Charleston. The 22,262-square-foot former Tidelands Bank sold for $1.29 million. Nason Medical plans to use the facility for administrative offices.
Real Estate Value Advisors LLC has purchased the Ashley Center, a 77,777-square-foot Class “A” office building for $7.5 million. The building is located in the Executive Park at Faber Place in North Charleston. The seller, ELV Associates Inc., was represented by Frank Norvell of Norvell Real Estate Group LLC.
Addco LLC has purchased 2548 Oscar Johnson Drive in North Charleston, a 60,500-square-foot office/warehouse facility for $2.58 million. The property is leased to American Residential Services. The seller, Hofden LLC, was represented by Drayton Calmes of Norvell Real Estate Group LLC.
Drayton Calmes of Norvell Real Estate Group LLC represented the buyer, TG Meeting Street Suites LLC, in the purchase of units 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 at 233 Meeting St. in Charleston for $1.3 million. The seller was Cow Art LLC.
Aerotek Inc. has leased 8,800 square feet at the Ashley Center in North Charleston. Frank Norvell of Norvell Real Estate Group LLC represented the landlord. Mark Mattison of Colliers International and Cassidy Turley represented the tenant.

Trey Lucy and Blair Belk of Lincoln Harris LLC represented the landlord of the Shops of Mount Pleasant in the leasing of 1,680 square feet to Play Garden LLC and 1,900 square feet to Taste of Thai.
