Software technology conference coming to Charleston in March

The Charleston Digital Corridor is hosting a software technology conference in March.

The inaugural CODEshow will feature interactive discussions from industry experts, including Google, 10Gen and Creationix Innovations. The show will focus on emerging software technologies such as MongoDB, Node.js and AngularJS.

“CODEshow takes our educational programming to the next level by offering a world-class conference that will enhance and expand the talent in our community,” said Ernest Andrade, director of the Digital Corridor, in a news release announcing the show.

The Digital Corridor is hosting the show at Dock Street Theatre on March 14. The show’s founding partners include Google, Sparc, BoomTown, Benefitfocus, 10Gen and Bibliolabs.

“Our success depends on hiring and retaining skilled technology professionals,” said Grier Allen, CEO of BoomTown, in the release. “By supporting CODEshow, we encourage our employees to expand their skills in an innovative, fun format.”
