Blossom, Cypress and Magnolias are open Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 22. Blossom will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and the menu will feature slow-roasted free-range turkey with cornbread and sausage stuffing, slow-cooked green beans, whipped potatoes, candied cranberries and giblet gravy. It will also offer red wine-braised lamb shank and slow-roasted polenta with pistachios and rosemary, port-braised cherries, gremolata and braising jus.

Cypress will be open for dinner from 4 to 9 p.m., offering special holiday items such as butternut squash soup with bourbon maple, ricotta and pumpkin seeds to start, a choice of smoked Heritage turkey or grilled ham as a main, and pecan pie or walnut financier as dessert.

Magnolias will be serving from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., offering Thanksgiving specials like roasted butternut squash bisque with spiced creme fraiche and mains of Tennessee Tom turkey, pecan-crusted mahi mahi with lemon-sherry butter or pork roulade. All specials will be served with buttermilk whipped potatoes, country green beans, herb stuffing and cranberry sauce. Dessert offerings will be pumpkin cheesecake with spiced creme anglaise and whipped cream or chocolate chess pie with raspberry sauce and whipped cream.
