ECPI University is now offering a new business program at their North Charleston campus. The program is designed to teach students the benefits of technology in the business world.

The new curriculum focuses on management, entrepreneurship, search-engine marketing, and accounting with an emphasis on international business, Six Sigma techniques and other areas, the school said in a news release.

“We are confident that our practically-focused curriculum will produce graduates with the technical savvy to serve employer demands,” said campus President James Weaver. “Additionally, the unemployment trends of recent years provide unique opportunities for entrepreneurial endeavors, which have historically been a major contributor to the local economy.

Weaver said the program provides training and professional certifications to help graduates start their own businesses or join a company.
