Chauncey Clark of The Peninsula Co. LLC represented the buyer, Fuzzco Inc., in the sale of 95 Cannon St. in downtown Charleston for $1.1 million. The seller, Bert Pruitt Jr., was represented by Herb Butler of Disher Hamrick & Myers.


Marlena Franklin, CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International Inc. represented the seller, First Palmetto Bank, in the sale of a 2.7-acre parcel located at 0 Bacons Bridge Road in Summerville to Dorchester County, also represented by Franklin, for $165,000.


Brent Case, CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International Inc. represented the lessee, La Hacienda, in the lease of a 4,000-square-foot restaurant outparcel at 3050 S. Morgans Point Road in Mount Pleasant. Jason Smallwood with Avtex Commercial Properties represented the lessor, Oakland Properties LLC.


Jim Davis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International Inc. represented the lessee, Pendergrass Moving Co. in the lease of a 3,000-square-foot warehouse space at 4209 Pace St. in Charleston. Eddie Buxton with Palmetto Commercial Properties Inc. represented the lessor, Folbot Properties LLC.


Dexter C. Rumsey IV, senior broker with NAI Avant, brokered the sale of 38 Romney St. in downtown Charleston. The two-story, multitenant building is located just north of the Ravenel Bridge. Rumsey represented the seller in the $700,000 transaction.


Will Sherrod, CCIM, of Lee & Associates represented the owners in the lease of 169 King St. in Charleston to Ike Behar Men’s Clothing.


Axis Plastics has subleased 25,000 square feet at 1007-A Trident St. in Hanahan. Ed Kercher of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.


World Wide Equipment of S.C. Inc. has leased 20,000 square feet at 2740 Azalea Drive in North Charleston. Mark Erickson of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.


AMC Agency Development has leased 7,000 square feet at 4244-B Scott St. in North Charleston. Mark Erickson of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.


Carolina Family Care Inc. has leased 3,000 square feet at 8471 Dorchester Road in North Charleston. Ed Kercher of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.


Global Logistics Consulting has leased 1,510 square feet in 10 Storehouse Row at 1360 Truxtun Ave. in North Charleston. John H. Tison and Ryan K. Weatherly of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.


Julie Baker, a speech-language pathologist for Headway Rehabilitation LLC, has leased 750 square feet at 895 Island Park Drive on Daniel Island. Mark Erickson of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.


Maga Design Group Inc. has leased 858 square feet at 2120 Noisette Blvd. in North Charleston. John H. Tison and Ryan K. Weatherly of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.


Dexter C. Rumsey IV, senior broker with NAI Avant’s Charleston office, brokered the sale of the former site of Palmetto Ford in Mount Pleasant. The seller, J Dodds Limited Partnership, sold the property for about $2.2 million to Bridgestone Retail Operations LLC.


Ryan Welch of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, William P. Smith, in the leasing of a 7,800-square-foot office/warehouse suite at 1032 Legrand Blvd. in Charleston. The property was leased to Argents Air Express.
