Tabbuli Grill is hosting its third White Haute Nights event featuring Calypso St. Barth’s summer collection and styles from Troubadour. The event is 7-10 p.m. Friday at Tabbuli Grill, 6 N. Market St. in Charleston. Tickets are $75 and must be purchased in advance. Price includes drinks and dinner. The restaurant’s outdoor courtyard will play host to a South Beach-inspired evening complete with models from Tout Talent and music from Silverman Sound.

Whitney’s, 917 Houston Northcutt Blvd. in Mount Pleasant, will hold a March of Dimes evening 5-7 p.m. today. A portion of Whitney’s sales will benefit the Lowcountry March of Dimes. Local author Jan DiRuzzo will be signing copies of her children’s book, The Lost Mermaid — A Shem Creek Moonlight Jamboree.
