Milton Thomas, CCIM, SIOR, of Lee & Associates, represented the landlord, Corbett Properties of S.C. LLC, in the leasing of a 25,000-square-foot industrial building located at 3439 Buffalo Ave. in North Charleston to East Coast Metal Distributors LLC.
David Ingle, senior broker with NAI Avant’s Charleston brokerage team, represented the seller in a $1.05 million multifamily community sale. The 29-unit community, located on Gulledge Street in Moncks Corner, was purchased by DC Realty Advisors of Delaware.
Edward Robinson with The Beach Co. — Beach Commercial represented the tenant, Mayer Law Group LLC, in the lease of 1,036 square feet of office space located at 2000 Sam Rittenberg Blvd., Suite 2011, Charleston, from the landlord, Charlotte D. Harrell LLC, which was represented by Bob Caldwell with Caldwell Commercial LLC.
Trey Lucy and Blair Belk, both of Lincoln Harris, represented the landlord in the 4,200-square-foot lease to El Jalapeno Mexican Restaurant at the Shoppes of Summerville.
Carl Michael Harrison with The Beach Co. — Beach Commercial represented the landlord, Dean Hensley Enterprises LLC, in the lease of 8,000 square feet of flex space located at 10198 Bellwright Road in Summerville to the tenant, Barnes & Powell Electrical Co. Inc., which was represented by Ryan Welch with Lee & Associates Charleston.
Edward Robinson with The Beach Co. — Beach Commercial represented the landlord, 3860 Faber Place LLC, in the lease of 10,000 square feet of flex space located at 3860 Faber Place Drive, Suite 300, North Charleston, to the tenant, Allied Technology Group Inc., which was represented by Philip Owens with Cushman & Wakefield, Thalhimer.
