Chris Koepenick, CCIM of Lee & Associates, represented the landlord, Glen J. Koepenick, in the lease of 2,880 square feet at 2420 Mall Drive in North Charleston. Simons Johnson of Colliers International represented the tenant, Patient Track PRM LLC.

James Mangano and Lisa Safford represented the landlord, Blanton Land Development Corp., in the leasing of office space to Epic Solutions Inc. at 3255 Landmark Drive in North Charleston.

Trey Lucy and Blair Belk of Lincoln Harris represented the landlord in the leasing of 237 King St., third floor, to Little High Rise, a boutique advertising agency.

Richard Morse, CCIM of Palmetto Commercial Properties Inc., represented 484 King St. LLC in the sale of 482 King St., 484 King St. and 83 Mary St. in downtown Charleston for $3.5 million. Bill Edlund, CCIM of Palmetto Commercial Properties Inc., represented the buyer, King Street Enterprises LLC.

Chris Koepenick, CCIM of Lee & Associates Charleston, completed a 1,585-square-foot lease to Dermatology Clinics of Southwest Virginias PLLC at 325 Folly Road in Charleston. 

Edward Robinson with The Beach Co. – Beach Commercial represented the tenant, EnviraCarbon, in the lease of 14,800 square feet of industrial space located at 1211 Ben Barron Lane in Moncks Corner from the landlord, G. Harris Thaxton, which was represented by Carlyle W. Blakeney with Palmetto Commercial Property Inc.

David Grubbs, managing principal with NAI Avant’s Charleston office, recently represented the landlord in a 1,500-square-foot medical office lease located at 1481 Tobias Gadson Blvd. in Charleston. The space is now home to The Kidney Center of Charleston.

Trey Lucy and Blair Belk of Lincoln Harris represented the landlord in the leasing of 850 square feet at the Shops of Mt. Pleasant to Mt. Pleasant Pilates, opening later this year.

David Grubbs, managing principal with NAI Avant’s Charleston office, represented the tenant, Sweetgrass Animal Hospital in a 1,500-square-foot medical office lease. The facility is located at 9730 Dorchester Road, Suite 101, in North Charleston. Erin England of Colliers represented the landlord in the transaction.

Edward Robinson with The Beach Co. – Beach Commercial represented the landlord, Pratt-Thomas Walker PA, in the sublease of 1,700 square feet of office space located at 16 Charlotte Street, Suite B, in Charleston to the sub-tenant, Corrigan and Chandler LLC, which was represented by David Smythe with Clement, Crawford & Thornhill.
