Chris Koepenick, CCIM of Lee & Associates Charleston, completed a 1,585-square-foot lease to Dermatology Clinics of Southwest Virginias PLLC at 325 Folly Road in Charleston.
Edward Robinson with The Beach Co. – Beach Commercial represented the tenant, EnviraCarbon, in the lease of 14,800 square feet of industrial space located at 1211 Ben Barron Lane in Moncks Corner from the landlord, G. Harris Thaxton, which was represented by Carlyle W. Blakeney with Palmetto Commercial Property Inc.
David Grubbs, managing principal with NAI Avant’s Charleston office, recently represented the landlord in a 1,500-square-foot medical office lease located at 1481 Tobias Gadson Blvd. in Charleston. The space is now home to The Kidney Center of Charleston.
Trey Lucy and Blair Belk of Lincoln Harris represented the landlord in the leasing of 850 square feet at the Shops of Mt. Pleasant to Mt. Pleasant Pilates, opening later this year.
