82 Queen is introducing a two-part summer menu. The “Queen's Classics” menu features traditional Lowcountry dishes while the “Influences” menu pays homage to rich, Caribbean flavors. The classic menu is reminiscent of the menu first offered when 82 Queen opened in 1982. Designed by Steve Kish, the first executive chef and now owner, the menu features she-crab soup, fried green tomatoes and barbecue shrimp and grits. The “Influences” menu features jerk roasted chicken, Caribbean braised pork shank and house-grown aubergine fries drizzled with wild South Carolina rosemary honey.
