Milton Thomas, CCIM, SIOR, of Lee & Associates Charleston, represented the seller, Tidelands Bank, in the sale of a 5,469-square-foot building on 1.72 acres located at 2531 Savannah Highway in Charleston. The property was sold to Southern Grace Associates LLC for $810,000. Kip Bowman with Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International represented the seller.

Ryan Welch and Thomas Buist, SIOR, of Lee & Associates represented the owner, L’Wood Associates Inc., in the lease of about 1,800 square feet at 4365 Dorchester Road in North Charleston. Lee & Associates also represented the tenant, Ultra Select.

Bob Barrineau and Brendan Redeyoff represented the landlord in leasing 63,000 square feet at 420 Industrial Road in Summerville. Doug Richardson with Carolina One represented the tenant, Lollicup USA.

Tommy Silver of Palmetto Commercial Properties represented Sea Island Shopping Center of Mount Pleasant LLC in the leasing of 587 square feet of retail space in the Sea Island Shopping Center, 1220 Ben Sawyer Blvd., Mount Pleasant, to Gold Buyers Unlimited.

Macon Lovelace of NAI Avant, represented Sabic Polymershapes LLC in an industrial lease of about 18,000 square feet at 7281 Investment Drive in North Charleston.

Glenn Goodwin and Bart Langlois, CCIM, of Landmark Enterprises Inc., represented the tenant, Anyware Express, in leasing 47,615 square feet of industrial space located at 3074 Ashley Phosphate Road, Charleston. The landlord, 3074 Ashley Phosphate Properties LLC, was represented by Michael McFall, CCIM, SIOR, of Maybank Properties.
