NAI Avant has named Traci Tasca as the Columbia-based real estate company’s CFO.

Tasca has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting, financial management and risk management.

As CFO, she will oversee all accounting and human resources for NAI Avant’s Columbia and Charleston offices.

Tasca previously worked for PHT Services Ltd. of Columbia as controller and director of accounting.

Tasca’s background also includes more than eight years of experience at Edens as a senior property and joint venture accountant.

She received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and financial management from the University of South Carolina and master’s degree in accounting and financial management from Devry University in Chicago.
