GreenWizard makes product management and project collaboration software for the design and construction industries, according to a news release. The software simplifies the process of building efficient construction projects and can assess LEED designs and construction credits.
“While researching potential materials for my own home, I realized the profound market pain associated with researching, procuring and documenting green building products,” said Adam Bernholz, CEO for GreenWizard, in the release. “I founded GreenWizard to address this pain point in this growing market. We have had great success in reaching these markets, and the support of SC Launch will certainly help GreenWizard to continue to grow.”
Terressentia created a manufacturing process that refines distilled spirits for retailers and private brand owners. The technology uses energy-driven oxidation and filtration, according to the release. The company started in Charleston in 2007.
“These are two Lowcountry-based companies that have made great strides in recent years,” said Ambrose Schwallie, executive vice president for SCRA. “We look forward to the future successes and contributions that GreenWizard and Terressentia will bring to the Charleston area.”
