Ryan Welch and Thomas Buist, SIOR, of Lee & Associates, represented the landlord, Northwoods Center Business Park, in the lease of about 1,067 square feet at 2154 N. Center St. in North Charleston. Lee & Associates also represented the tenant, Bryan Douglas Winchester.
Paul Hartley, SIOR, a member of NAI Avant’s office brokerage team, represented the tenant, Consumers’ Choice Health Insurance, with its new S.C. headquarters location. The 6,158-square-foot space is located at 4995 LaCross Road in North Charleston. The insurance company will occupy Suite 1300 of the 45,000-square-foot building.
Carl Michael with The Beach Co. — Beach Commercial represented the landlord, Yiayia Limited Partnership, in the lease of 1,600 square feet of retail space located at 507 ½ King St. in Charleston to the tenant, Viln LLC, who was represented by Tim Weldon with King Street Commercial LLC.
Eddie Hughes with The Beach Co. — Beach Commercial represented the seller, TD Bank N.A., in the sale of The Refuge at Ravenel, a 251-acre subdivision in Ravenel, to the buyer, Belle Isle Investments LLC, for $835,000.
Dexter C. Rumsey IV, a member of NAI Avant’s Charleston senior brokerage team, consummated an office lease transaction at 495 Jessen Lane in Charleston. The 6,000-square-foot space is now home to M.C. Dean Inc.
Ziff Properties Inc. announced Environmental Resource Management leased a 4,000-square-foot office space in Bridgeport II, located at 200 Wingo Way in Mount Pleasant. ERM is a global provider of environmental, health, safety, risk and social consulting services. Frank Norvell of Norvell Real Estate Group represented the landlord, and Drayton Calmes of Norvell Real Estate Group along with Jones Lang LaSalle represented ERM. The Norvell Group has leased Bridgeport I and II to 100% occupancy.
Charles S. Carmody, SIOR, CCIM, of CB Richard Ellis Carmody LLC, represented the seller in the sale of 291 E. Bay St. in Charleston to Appleyard LLC. The buyer was represented by Cuyler Applegate of the William Means Co. LLC.
James Mangano and Lisa Safford represented the landlord, Blanton Building LLC, in the leasing of 504 square feet of space to Chris Pelletier, doing business as BRC Construction LLC, at 3262 Landmark Drive in North Charleston.
