Macon Lovelace of NAI Avant brokered the sale of 1602 Thompson Ave. on Sullivan’s Island. The site, which was open for public bid in late March, includes a 10,500-square-foot brick warehouse and a 13,468-square-foot wharf known as the Quartermaster’s Dock. The site was formerly used by the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Lovelace, along with Fisher Auction Co., represented the seller in the transaction valued at about $963,000.
Gordon Geer of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the seller, CRM Mid Atlantic Properties (Suntrust Bank), in the sale of 2,671 square feet of office space located at 125 Wappoo Creek Drive in Charleston. The property was sold to HFV LLC for $320,000.
Gordon Geer of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the seller, Garrison Investments, in the sale of 2,758 square feet of office space located at 1024 Ewall St. in Mount Pleasant. The property was sold to Ewall Street 1024 LLC for $445,000.

Buist Jr., SIOR, of Lee & Associates Charleston, represented the tenant, Keller Interiors, in the lease of a 4,000-square-foot industrial building located at 3333 Marathon Court in Charleston. Lisa Safford, of Summit Commercial Properties, represented the landlord, Hofden LLC.
Pete Harper of Lee and Associates represented the landlord, Harriet’s Field LLC, in the lease of about 2,000 square feet of space located at 890 Bacons Bridge Road in Summerville to Khaled Ibrahim doing business as Bacons Bridge Convenience.
