Ryan Welch and Thomas Buist of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, L'Wood Associates Inc., in the lease to Reflection Auto Detail of a 1,000-square-foot office/warehouse suite located at 4365 Dorchester Road in North Charleston.


Pete Harper and Bob Nuttall Jr., SIOR, CPM, of Lee & Associates, represented the landlord, Lord & Evans Investment Corp. LLC, in the lease of a 5,000-square-foot retail building located at 130 St. James Ave. in Goose Creek. Barbara Blitch of Complete Real Estate represented the tenant, National Dental Systems LLC and Robert J. Powers, DDS.


Chris Koepenick, CCIM, of Lee & Associates, represented the landlord, Hallmark Marine, in the lease of a 9,000-square-foot flex building located at 4415 Sea Ray Drive in North Charleston to Johnson Controls.


Ryan Welch and Thomas J. Buist Jr., SIOR, of Lee & Associates, represented the buyer, Raven Cliff Co. LLC, in the purchase of 1.31 acres at 1543 Ben Sawyer Blvd. in Mount Pleasant for the price of $300,000. Thomas Boulware and Dexter Rumsey, of NAI Avant, represented the landlord, First Citizens Bank and Trust Co.


Chi Photography has leased studio space in Suite 5 at Ladson Oakbrook Shopping Center, located at 4488 Ladson Road in Summerville, from Ziff Properties Inc.


Joe Keenan, CCIM, of Palmetto Commercial Properties, represented Gaea Yoga Center LLC in leasing a 1,200-square-foot space at 730 Coleman Blvd., Suite M, in Mount Pleasant. Carl Michael Harrison of The Beach Co. was the listing agent.

Eddie Hughes with The Beach Co. — Beach Commercial represented the seller, RLF French Quarter Creek LLC, in the sale of 70.65 acres located on Charity Church Road in Huger to the buyer, Alexander Zalesky, represented by Donna Fitzgerald with Prudential Carolina Sun Real Estate.


Carl Michael Harrison with The Beach Co. — Beach Commercial represented the landlord, The Beach Co., in the lease of 2,331 square feet of retail space located in The Shoppes at Seaside Farms at 1964 Riviera Drive, Suites G & H, in Mount Pleasant to the tenant, Tidewater Veterinary LLC, represented by Michael J. Ferrer with Grubb & Ellis WRS.


Edward Robinson with The Beach Co. — Beach Commercial represented the landlord, King at Market LP, in the lease of 2,420 square feet of office space located at 218 King St., Suite 200, in Charleston to the tenant, Best Chefs in America LLC, represented by Jennifer Davis with Domicile Real Estate Brokerage.
