What is your professional goal?

My goal is to continue building a purpose-driven company that positively impacts the relationship between employers and employees in the workplace. I want to change people’s lives for the better through PeopleMatter’s technology platform. I’m also focused on providing our team members a great place to be rewarded personally and professionally.

What hopes do you have for the future?

I want PeopleMatter to make a significant impact in both the workplace environments we serve and also the “Silicon Harbor.” We have a tremendous opportunity to make Charleston a true tech hub, and I want to help give more entrepreneurs the opportunity to build a tech company right here in Charleston.
