Hogan Construction Group has increased its presence in South Carolina with the opening of a new office in Charleston.
The Georgia-based general contractor specializes in construction management, design-build and general contracting services for public and private clients. The company also has offices in Greenville and Crestview, Fla.
The Greenville office opened with three employees in 2009 and currently employs 17 people, company officials said.
John Nance, a decorated military veteran, will lead the Charleston office. Nance has been given the role of vice president and has a background in public projects.
“With our growing portfolio in the Southeast, John is the right person to deliver focused attention toward the growth and development of Hogan to the region,” company President Paul Hogan said. “Through the opening of the Charleston office, we now have the ability to better serve our South Carolina clients.”
