Eddie Hughes with The Beach Company — Beach Commercial represented the landlord, D&M Development Group LLC, in the sale of 24 developed residential lots located in Brownswood Farms on Johns Island to the buyer, Harbor Homes LLC, represented by Chris Phillips with Meyer Kapp & Associates LLC. The sale price was $818,000.

Tim Hagar of National Restaurant Properties represented Wingpin Inc. in the leasing of 1,400 square feet at North Rivers Town Center, 7250 Rivers Ave. in North Charleston. The tenant will open his second Wing Stop franchise in the area.

Brent Case, CCIM, and Kelley Glenn, CCIM, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International Inc., represented the lessor, JEM Management, in the lease of a 2,600-square-foot restaurant space located at 5237 Dorchester Road. Angel Tan of Agent Owned Real Estate represented the lessee, Asian Express.
