Wonder Works is hosting Zike Bike Day on Saturday at its Mount Pleasant and West Ashley locations. Wonder Works was the first store in the nation to carry the Zike Bike, a new ride-on toy that is part scooter and part bicycle. Take one of the Zike Bike’s four models for a test drive from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Mount Pleasant location at 624 Long Point Road, Unit D, or from 2-5 p.m. at the West Ashley location, 975 Savannah Highway.

Additional items include fitted hats, polo shirts, sweatshirts, T-shirts and fan novelties. Shop the store from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and at the Charleston Farmer’s Market in Marion Square this Saturday and Dec. 17. The Charleston Peninsula Preservation Trust is sponsoring Charleston WreathFest, in which businesses hang live wreaths on their doors or windows during the holiday season. This project is coordinated by the CPPT and Thackeray Farms, a locally-owned small farm on Wadmalaw Island. Thackeray Farms will offer special pricing and free Wednesday delivery on holiday wreaths and other greenery to any Charleston peninsula business through Dec. 21.
