Greenbax Enterprises Inc. has named Charleston native Sandra Sineath Rabon its new CFO, according to a news release from the company.

Rabon will also become senior vice president of Greenbax Enterprises, parent company of Piggly Wiggly Holdings and Piggly Wiggly Carolina Co. Inc.
She takes over as CFO on Oct. 3, replacing Bill Edenfield Jr., who will remain executive vice president of Greenbax Enterprises. Edenfield also serves as executive vice president and CFO for Piggly Wiggly Carolina Co.
Rabon, a CPA, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in financial management Clemson University. She worked for the Internal Revenue Service and the accounting firm of Riser, McLaurin & Gibbons LLP before moving into corporate finance, which took her to Aiken. She later returned to Charleston to become director of accounting for Roper St. Francis Healthcare.
Rabon began working for Piggly Wiggly in 1996. She rose to vice president of finance and served on the board of directors of Greenbax Enterprises.
As Rabon moves into the CFO position, Connie Couch, vice president of accounting, will be named senior vice president of finance and accounting. Couch, also a Charleston native, earned a Bachelor of Science in business from the College of Charleston in 1985 and is a CPA.
Couch worked in public accounting for DeBrux & Associates P.A. before coming to Piggly Wiggly in 1993.
