What a honor to see such a wonderful and community minded individual win this award. I am the Founder of the CSO Gospel Choir and former President (1999-2009); I had the pleasure of working with Victor on many special projects pertaining to the Choir's productions and back office details. He is indeed head and shoulders above his peers in many respects and someone I am honored to call a friend. Way to go, vic! Lee Pringle - Founder and President, CSO Spiritual Ensemble
