The annual luncheon of the Charleston Regional Development Alliance, featuring a keynote address by the New York Times’ chief Washington correspondent David Sanger, is set for Nov. 12.

Sanger is the author of the book The Inheritance: The World Obama Confronts and the Challenges to American Power.

Doors open for the luncheon at 11:30 a.m. at the College Center at the Complex for Economic Development at Trident Technical College. The lunch and program runs from noon until 1:30 p.m.

Sanger will sign books from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
