Chris Koepenick of Anchor Commercial Corfac International represented the tenant, NWP Properties LLC, in the lease of 4,960 square feet of warehouse space at 7273 Peppermill Parkway in North Charleston from Douglas E. Gressette. The site will be used as a warehouse for the operation of NWP Properties’ plumbing and mechanical business.
