Resource center providing clinics on mortgage loan modifications




The clinics are available for no charge to homeowners who are falling behind on their mortgage payments. They’re open to all S.C. residents, regardless of income or home value.

The Homeownership Resource Center is sponsoring free clinics for homeowners who are getting behind on their mortgage payments.

The clinics are held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursdays at the Klok Law Firm in Mount Pleasant. They are open to any S.C. resident, regardless of income or the value of the home. Register by calling 843-735-7862 or drop in. Klok Law Firm is located at 1002 Anna Knapp Blvd.

The Homeownership Resource Center housing counseling agency is a division of Family Services Inc., a nonprofit agency approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
