Nominations are open for the 2009 Influential Women in Business awards presented by the Charleston Regional Business Journal.

The annual awards recognize women in the Charleston area who have demonstrated professional excellence and leadership in their careers and community service. These women are shaping the economic future of our area and share a commitment to business growth and leadership. In 2008, more than 130 nominations were received.

To nominate an associate, client, co-worker or yourself, click here. Nominations close on Aug. 14. The Business Journal will host an awards presentation and luncheon on Oct. 22 at the Charleston Marriott on Lockwood Boulevard in downtown Charleston.
