The Mount Pleasant Fire Department recognized its volunteer firefighters for their service. Pictured, from left: Assistant Chief Robert Waggenbrenner; volunteers Lt. James Lamb; Scott Fournier; Frank Pettit; Mark Rupple; Capt. Jay Michel; Engineer Fletcher Pilling; Lt. William Silcox; and Chief Herbert Williams. Michel and Silcox have more than 20 years service as volunteers, Pilling has 15 years, Lamb 14 years, Fournier 13 years, and Pettit and Rupple have seven years of service.
