Moncks Corner Medical Center, a facility of Trident Health System and an HCA-affiliated entity, has hired William Padoll as a physical therapist.

 

Lowcountry Orthopaedics has hired pain management specialist Shailesh M. Patel. Patel is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

 

Palmetto Behavioral Health has promoted Cherie Tolley to chief executive officer. Tolley joined Palmetto Behavioral Health in 2002 as CEO of Palmetto Pee Dee Behavioral Health, the organization’s Florence facility, and has served as chief operating officer for the organization since 2006.

 

Thomas P. Ramsey has been named chief financial officer for East Cooper Regional Medical Center.  He brings 10 years of health care financial management experience to the position.  Ramsey most recently served as chief financial officer of Woodland Heights Medical Center in Lufkin, Texas. 

 

Trident Health System has hired Mark A. Robinson as chief operating officer of Trident Medical Center. Previously, he was chief operating officer at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Panama City, Fla.

 

Lindsey DelBove has joined Palmetto Speech & Language Associates LLC as a speech-language pathologist.

 

Brett Yardley has joined MAU Inc. as a marketing and communications specialist. Yardley provides support and execution of marketing strategies and programs throughout Georgia, South Carolina and Illinois.

 

Ian Silver is a new member of the Live 5 News team at WCSC-TV. He comes aboard from KOMU-TV in Columbia, Mo., where he served as a reporter, anchor and producer.

 

Adam Temple has joined  strategic communications firm Jim Dyke & Associates.

 

Jason Propst has joined the staff of the Daniel Island News as the general manager and advertising director. A veteran newspaper executive, Propst was formerly the general manager for the News Record and Sentinel.

 

The Traveler of Charleston Visitor Guide has hired Kathryn Hartle as an account executive in its advertising sales department. Before joining the Traveler Guide, Hartle was an account executive for Where magazine.

 

Kiawah Island Golf Resort has hired Michael Baumuller as director of southeast sales, Spencer Hux as director of Carolina sales, Michael Graham as group sales manager, John Haskins as golf group sales manager and Jami VanSant as director of national sales.

 

Wild Dunes Resort has hired T. Cooper Thomas as executive chef of the Sea Island Grill. Thomas has more than 15 years of experience in the food and beverage sector of the hospitality industry.

 

Pawleys Plantation has named Jason Epstein as golf director.

 

American LaFrance LLC named Ron Stewart as chief financial officer. As a member of the executive team he is involved with corporate strategic planning.

 

Nucor has promoted Ladd Hall and Joe Stratman to the position of executive vice president. Both were previously vice presidents and general managers.

 

David Stasiukaitis has joined Low Country Case & Millwork as vice president.

 

William Hynds has joined Metalworx Inc. as production manager. He was most recently employed by Ace World Companies in Fort Worth as the director of machining services.  

 

April Brown, Judy Murdoch and Michele Hale have joined Trident United Way, Brown as health and wellness coordinator; Murdoch as youth initiatives coordinator and Hale as administrative assistant for Children & Youth.

 

Kandace Salter has joined the National Federation of Independent Business as a membership representative for Charleston and Dorchester counties. Previously, she was an account executive with Summerville Communications and The Post and Courier.

 

Jennifer M. Reynolds has joined Historic Charleston Foundation as a database coordinator and analyst in the philanthropy department. She most recently was a customer support analyst at Blackbaud Inc.

 

Corporate DevelopMint has promoted Stacy Oldfield to CEO. Oldfield joined the firm in August 2006 as executive vice president. 

 

Peters Paint & Wall Covering has hired Maybank Cain as office manager and Steve Taylor as project manager.

 

Stella Nova Spa Salon of Mount Pleasant has promoted Lindsay Pace to neuvo stylist.

Scott Kirkpatrick has joined Charleston Copier & Fax as a business development manager. Kirkpatrick previously worked for a Xerox agency in Memphis, Tenn., for 13 years as an operations manager and, most recently, for local real estate developer James Doran Co. as a project coordinator.  

 

Scott Hilton has joined Glasspro Inc. to manage the company’s Goose Creek Car Wash. Prior to joining Glasspro, Hilton was with Bubba’s Truck ‘N Trailer and Wal-Mart. 

 

Ryland Homes has hired Brenden Murphy as a sales assistant.

 

Portrait Homes has hired Jordan Pieper as online sales consultant and Joseph Kostelnik as director of sales and marketing. Jordan has more than five years’ experience in online sales; Kostelnik has 11 years of experience in the new-home industry.

 

David Botzis and John Oliver have been named members of the Charleston practice unit at Dixon Hughes PLLC.

 

Laura Whitman has joined Dunhill Staffing Systems of Charleston as an executive recruiter, focusing on engineering and technical professionals. Prior to joining Dunhill, Whitman worked with HDR Engineering.

 

Barnwell Whaley Patterson and Helms has hired Christine Santelli as director of intellectual property administration. Santelli most recently worked in New Jersey as a senior paralegal with Innophos Inc. and Novartis Pharmaceuticals/Sandoz Inc.
