Fastenal Co. opened a new store in Holly Hill located at 963 Gardener Blvd. The new store is managed by Jesse Benko with help in outside sales from Jeremy Bennett. Benko worked for Fastenal in Summerville prior to being named manager of the Holly Hill store.

IOn Realty hired Amy Templeton as a sales agent, Steve Craver as the new vice president of IOn Build, and Jillian Findlay to provide sales support and coordinate home closings. Templeton has more than 10 years of experience in residential and commercial sales. Templeton was previously a sales associate with Prudential Carolina Real Estate. Findlay and Craver will be working on Mixson, the companys newest development, which is located in the Park Circle area of North Charleston.
