Fields has nearly 30 years experience in construction trades, building code enforcement, construction management and design.
CRG Engineering Inc. hired Catherine Poole. Poole has two years of training in engineering drafting. Before joining CRG as a full-time employee, she completed an 80-hour internship with the company on the civil team.

Blan Rosebrock joined Southcoast Community Bank as senior vice president, Summerville executive officer. Rosebrock has 33 years of experience in the Charleston area financial services industry, and most recently worked with First Citizens Bank.
Dixon Hughes promoted Allyson Cullen and Stuart Nofsinger. Cullen was promoted to senior audit associate and Nofsinger was promoted to senior manager in the tax department.
Welch Roberts & Amburn selected Jeff Hutto, Derick Potts and Edie Madson as managers with the firm. Caroline Helems also joined the firm and is a CPA candidate.

Brenda Nelson, a seven-year veteran of Charleston County School District, was promoted to director of Community Outreach for CCSD. The position was created by Superintendent Nancy McGinley. Nelson will report to McGinley and serve as a liaison to the community as well as serve on the superintendent’s executive council and partnership council.
Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine appointed David Cole as chairman of the Department of Surgery. The position will be effective Sept. 4. Also, Sally Stroud was named associate dean for academics at MUSC’s College of Nursing.

Fastenal Co. opened a new store in Holly Hill located at 963 Gardener Blvd. The new store is managed by Jesse Benko with help in outside sales from Jeremy Bennett. Benko worked for Fastenal in Summerville prior to being named manager of the Holly Hill store.
Alex Singletary joined Trident United Way as TeenLine director. He is responsible for the operations of TUW’s free, confidential crisis line for teens.
I’On Realty hired Amy Templeton as a sales agent, Steve Craver as the new vice president of I’On Build, and Jillian Findlay to provide sales support and coordinate home closings. Templeton has more than 10 years of experience in residential and commercial sales. Templeton was previously a sales associate with Prudential Carolina Real Estate. Findlay and Craver will be working on Mixson, the company’s newest development, which is located in the Park Circle area of North Charleston.
Scott Stanley joined Summit Commercial Properties as a new real estate agent specializing in commercial and industrial sales and leasing.
